Is Webflow right for manufacturers?

Webflow empowers manufacturers to build custom, high-performance websites using a low-code platform and an intuitive visual builder, perfect for teams looking to streamline development without sacrificing design flexibility.

Who Chooses It

Webflow powers 393 of the 25,000+ industrial websites we track, ranking 6th of 60 platforms, with a typical site size of around 60 pages.

Webflow exists to let designers do the building, enabling them to ship a finished site instead of a mockup to hand off to developers. As such, it's often adopted from the design side, on the strength of what a designer can make with it versus being pushed by IT or an integrator. In our rudimentary head-to-head design ratings, Webflow's sites consistently win out versus the small site builders and hold their own against platforms running many times their budget. These are mid-sized sites, a few dozen pages on average, that look like they cost far more than they did.

It also skews toward the newer, more technical end of manufacturing – electronics, instruments, semiconductors, aerospace hardware – and noticeably away from the heavy machinery and metal fabrication that anchor other platforms. Unlike other basic site builders, these tend to be younger, brand-conscious companies that treat their website as a product in its own right, not just an informational box to tick.
