Is Q4 right for manufacturers?
Who Chooses It
Q4 powers 19 of the 25,000+ industrial websites we track, ranking 34th of 60 platforms, with a typical site size of around 450 pages.
The adopters of Q4 are publicly traded OEMs and materials producers with formal investor relations operations. Where we have page data, these sites tend to be large and heavily concentrated within a few sections, though the sample is limited. Most notably, Q4 has some of the strongest security characteristics in our index with nearly 90% of its sites use a Content Security Policy (CSP), compared with roughly 20% across the full index, and security grades are consistently near perfect. Because CSPs can be difficult for marketers to work around, that level of adoption strongly suggests Q4 is typically selected to satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements rather than marketing-led priorities.
