Is Odoo right for manufacturers?
Who Chooses It
Odoo powers 19 of the 25,000+ industrial websites we track, ranking 35th of 60 platforms, with a typical site size of around 80 pages.
It's origin defines its adopters, manufacturers who standardize inventory, sales, and operations on Odoo, then interact with the public on the same platform. More than half the sites are catalog-shaped, wired to the ERP's product data, but not especially well maintained. Barely half enforce HTTPS and many are missing common security headers, the mark of a website treated as an output of the ERP rather than a business cornerstone.
